Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all coaching and conscious hypnosis services provided by AscendiVolare. By engaging in services, clients acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to the following:

 

 

AscendiVolare provides life coaching and conscious hypnosis services designed to support personal growth, clarity, confidence, mindset development, and forward movement in life direction and wellbeing.

 

These services are collaborative and future-focused and are intended to support clients in identifying goals, overcoming challenges, and creating meaningful change.

 

 

Coaching and conscious hypnosis services provided by AscendiVolare are not psychological counselling, psychotherapy, medical treatment, or mental health services

 

AscendiVolare does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychological conditions. Clients agree to seek appropriate support from qualified healthcare professionals where required.

 

 

Clients agree to participate honestly and openly throughout the coaching and hypnosis process and accept full responsibility for their decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from participation

 

Clients understand that coaching is a partnership process and that meaningful change depends on their own commitment and willingness to engage.

 

 

Clients confirm they are voluntarily participating in coaching and conscious hypnosis sessions and are mentally and emotionally capable of doing so.

 

Clients agree to inform AscendiVolare of any medical, psychological, or psychiatric conditions that may affect their participation.

 

 

Clients understand that conscious hypnosis is a collaborative process in which they remain aware and in control at all times.

 

Clients cannot be made to act against their values, beliefs, or wishes during hypnosis sessions.

 

Participation is voluntary and may be paused or stopped at any time.

 

 

All personal information shared during sessions will be treated as confidential.

 

Confidentiality may only be limited where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to the client or others.

 

 

Every individual’s experience is different. While many clients experience positive outcomes, AscendiVolare does not guarantee specific results from coaching or conscious hypnosis services.

 

Client progress depends on personal commitment, engagement, and external life circumstances.

 

 

Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a session.

Late cancellations or missed sessions may be forfeited or charged in full unless otherwise agreed.

 

 

Payment is required prior to sessions unless otherwise arranged.

 

Coaching packages must be used within the agreed timeframe unless otherwise discussed.

 

Fees are non-transferable without prior agreement.

 

 

Sessions may not be recorded without mutual agreement.

Any recordings provided by AscendiVolare remain the intellectual property of AscendiVolare and are for personal client use only.

 

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AscendiVolare is not responsible for decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from participation in coaching or conscious hypnosis services.

 

Clients accept full responsibility for their choices during and after sessions.

 

 

Clients must be 18 years or older to participate unless written consent is provided by a parent or legal guardian.

 

 

AscendiVolare reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if coaching or hypnosis is considered unsuitable or outside the scope of practice.

 

Where appropriate, alternative professional support may be recommended.

 

 

By booking or participating in services with AscendiVolare, clients confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
